Financing Options
Our knowledgeable staff is highly-skilled in working with dental insurance companies to maximize patients' dental benefits to cover treatments and procedures performed in our office and doing the utmost needed for insurance compliance. However, there are situations when patients' co-payments may be high, certain procedures may not be covered benefits under their plan, or they simply do not have dental insurance, all these should not prevent patients from having the treatment they need and deserve. Our doctors and staff believe that patients should have as many payment options available to them as possible. We have taken the time to provide you with the following options to best fit your needs:
CASH OR CHECK
A great way to take advantage of discounts offered at our office is to pay by cash or check. We offer a 5% discount off the total amount of the procedure, if the amount is more than $500, when paying by cash or check in full at the time the treatment is completed.
"IN GOOD FAITH" PAYMENT PLAN
As always, we do accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover in our office for all treatments. For your convenience, we are now offering a patient "in good faith" payment plan, in which a third of the total amount of the procedure (less the insurance) must be paid to our office at the time of treatment and the remaining may be paid monthly over a 3 to 6-month period (See treatment coordinator).
CARE CREDIT
CareCredit is a credit card used exclusively for healthcare services. Through CareCredit, we offer patients an interest-free payment plan for up to one year, if the total treatment is more than $1,000. Interest will be charged to the patient's account if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within the 12 months or if a payment is late. Monthly payments are paid directly to CareCredit.
All payment arrangements are made in a private and confidential matter. If you have any questions regarding these payment options, our experienced staff are available to answer any questions or address any concerns.
Please Note: Our highly-trained periodontists diagnose and recommend treatments and procedures to achieve the patient's optimal dental health based on years of experience, extensive state-of-the-art training, and advanced specialized education. Treatment recommendations are not based on the patient's insurance eligibility and coverage.
